My dream Job

 Hello, in this blog I will talk about my dream job, which is to be a dentist. I am currently in my second year of the career and I chose it because I would like to help people to improve their oral health, their quality of life and at the same time their self-esteem, since the smile plays a fundamental role in the valuation of oneself.

The truth is that I don't know what specialty I will study, since I have been studying for a relatively short time and I still don't know much about the specialties, but I am interested in orthodontics, since I am interested in correcting the alterations that may occur in the oral cavity of my patients. I would also like to specialize in implantology, so that people can recover their lost teeth. 


To be a good dentist I will have to have different skills such as fine motor skills, to perform the precise movements required for the various interventions related to dentistry, in addition, I must work in an ethical manner, doing the procedures in the best possible way, without harming my patients in any way. Regarding the salary, I think it is subjective, since it will depend on where I work and what specifically I dedicate myself to, which right now is not clear to me and the truth is not what matters most to me, since I chose this career because I like it, not because of the salary.

 Since I was a child I have liked the language, since I listened to music in English and looked for the lyrics to sing them and basically thanks to that I have a good base and it has made it easier for me to learn the language.  My experience learning English at the university has been good, because I have learned and remembered several things that I had forgotten.  One of the things I need to improve is learning to speak the language in public, as I am very embarrassed about it for fear of making a mistake or mispronouncing a word. I think the use of videotalks is very efficient, as it has helped me to be more confident about speaking English out loud, as I have realized that I am not as bad at it as I thought I was and I hope that this will give me confidence when speaking in front of other people. Italy: a country I would like to visit

   I would like to visit Italy because it is a beautiful country, with so many tourist places to visit, and also because I really love its culture and its food, like pizza and pasta. It is located in Europe and is known for having a boot shape. Its capital is Rome and the official language is Italian. It has a lot of tourist places like The Vatican, Venice, Tower of Pisa, Colosseum of Rome and a lot of beautiful landscapes.  There, I would like to visit all of the tourist places, learn about art and architecture and eat a big amount of pasta.  I would like to live there because there are a lot of things to do and I will never get bored. Besides, it is close to other countries I would like to visit. Maybe it would be difficult to get used to the language and the cold weather in winter, but I think it would be such a nice experience.
