English Language Challenges
Since I was a child I have liked the language, since I listened to music in English and looked for the lyrics to sing them and basically thanks to that I have a good base and it has made it easier for me to learn the language.
My experience learning English at the university has been good, because I have learned and remembered several things that I had forgotten.
One of the things I need to improve is learning to speak the language in public, as I am very embarrassed about it for fear of making a mistake or mispronouncing a word. I think the use of videotalks is very efficient, as it has helped me to be more confident about speaking English out loud, as I have realized that I am not as bad at it as I thought I was and I hope that this will give me confidence when speaking in front of other people. Another way to overcome my fear of public speaking would be to start speaking English out loud more often, either alone or with another person. Ideally I would like to have conversations with another person in English, this would also help me improve my fluency.
The use of blogs has also helped me, since, by telling different things, it helps me to get used to the language little by little and it also helps me to put ideas together, since before I usually only wrote short sentences in English. Outside of class I usually use English, but short sentences or words and this is usually out of habit, or also because sometimes I feel that the English version of what I want to say is more expressive.

Personally, it is also difficult for me to speak English in public, but as you said, it is something that can be improved with different methods.
